DON'T LET THE NAME SCARE YOU!  These Oklahoma-grown pecans are coated in a hot pepper sauce mixture before roasting which gives them their name. During the roasting process, they lose the majority of their heat but retain all the amazing flavor. These pecans are grown by our friends at Three Rivers Pecans in Atoka, Oklahoma. They are candied with sugar and packaged by Erin especially for you. All this processing is done in our commercial kitchen located on our ranch.
